Stroke loses correct width and pressure when using Shift to draw straight lines

Recommended Posts

When I use the Brush tool with pen tablet Contoller on "Pressure" (which is most of the time) and I use Shift to to temporarily draw a straight line, the stroke goes up to the maximum width setting of the brush and looses all pressure capability. This means one cannot draw a series of variable parallel lines and one needs to go through a longer process of reducing the thereby obtained thick line or drawing the straight lines with the Pen tool. Curiously, I've seen a similar behaviour with the Vector strokes in Clip Studio Paint (and it's not ideal there either).image.thumb.png.ab6b30e81fd52d8502d7aa35e6cb2495.png
