Activate V2 license under Windows 10 - Here is what worked for me

Hi folks,

I installed the V2 apps using the msix packages.  (I still have the V1 apps too, afterwards).
Even after following all of your instructions, faqs and howtos I could not get the V2 license activation to work.

What finally did the trick: 
Deactivate this device
Reboot the computer
Run Affinity Designer 2  as administrator and then enter your account data

I tried deactivating and booting several times before and it did not work. Only running the app as admin worked instantly.
After the activation, you can close the app. Then you can just start any of the V2 apps as you normally do (not as admin).
