Konspaul Posted February 22, 2016 Posted February 22, 2016 Hey, Two of my clients have reported that the PDFs that I have exported from AD are empty. When I open them in OSX environment all seems to be normal. I assume the clients use Windows system. What can cause this? Anyone else having same issues? Thanks! Paul Bravery Posted February 22, 2016 Posted February 22, 2016 Hi Konspaul, At first I thought it might be a dimensional issue, being outside Adobe's accepted parameters. However, it opens fine in Adobe Reader on my Mac: I have Windows XP running in a virtual machine, let's see how it looks: From what I can see, Windows is not at fault! Paul. Quote

After successfully sending proper PDF's with WeTransfer service I think the problem was in Google Drive. Both client have got the files through Drive.
