Better recognizable for Visible/Hidden Layers/Groups suggestion

Recommended Posts

Hi, I think the UI of Layer panel could be adjusted a little bit. It's a bit hard to see the different between the visible layers/groups and hidden layers/group. And these are my suggestions, more contrast and easier to recognize.

I used dark and light UI with default preferences.

I agree that it is too hard to see, but the muted effects have given too low contrast ratios, so people with non-young eyesight have difficulty decoding the user interface, it has given a lot of bitter feedback here from customers. I myself have experienced with the user interface in v2, that even indoors with good eyesight, I have had a hell of a time seeing details in the user interface on an iPad Pro, as long as there was ordinary daylight entering my home.

Another thing is that shapes titles already appear that way with muted text contrast (Ellipse, Rectangle, etc.), and always have, so there's more to a change than one might think.

Agree, and I think Affinity team is improving the UI V2 in background. Just waiting for the upcoming releases.
