How to replace text in a picture

Recommended Posts

New user here. In fact totally new to programs such as Affinity. My question is how do I go about putting my own test in a picture ? I'd like to replace the text in the picture with a different set of text. See the attached. Looking to change the "Average New Vampire Survivors Player" text. A video or step by step instructions showing how would be great.

Thanks !

Welcome!

You didn't said with which app here, aka APh or ADe? - However it's easy to do in either one for this image.

I show you quickly here in two steps for APh ...

☛ Affinity Designer 1.10.8 ◆ Affinity Photo 1.10.8 ◆ Affinity Publisher 1.10.8 ◆ OSX El Capitan
☛ Affinity V2.3 apps ◆ MacOS Sonoma 14.2 ◆ iPad OS 17.2

Doing the same in ADe via vectors (in it's main Designer Persona) is pretty similar here ...

... though one can also use ADe's Pixel Persona instead, which then would be nearly the same as using APh (as shown before) then.
