Margaret Soper
I hope this is the right place for this question I have another software and I've used a couple apps in the past that gave me the ability to draw my own designs in text. I opened one of those images in Designer 2 and unfortunately it pixelated.. durn. I wanted to do a little editing of this older image. Still learning what Designer can do - I wanted to take the png file to vector and move the letters in a more pleasing arraignment. Those apps I spoke of are no longer available, and I wondered if Designer would consider looking into a text drawing tool that wouldn't pixelate? I've uploaded one of my images to show what I'm speaking of. The other software has inserting a text and then the curser uses that text to draw. Thank you, I hope this is a possibility
MikeTO
If the images created by the older program are rasters (bitmaps) then you won't be able to edit them as text in Designer or any other program. Designer can place text on curved paths just like this. Draw your paths with the Pen tool and choose Layer > Convert to Text Path. I think you'll find Designer is perfect for this job.
