Can we make page icons even larger...they are miniscule to even see...at largest setting

Can we make page icons even larger...they are miniscule to even see (unreadable)...even at largest setting. And the image below is even larger than they actually appear on screen. I've got "large icon" set on the panel...there is nothing bigger that I can find. InDesign has a "huge" setting...which is very much needed here.

You're using landscape facing pages which will result in smaller thumbnails. The width of the thumbnail is the limiting factor. It would be nice if there was one more size.

Here are four examples using Publisher's Large Icons size.

Single-sided portrait - large really does mean large

Single-sided landscape - still fairly large

Facing-pages portrait - similar to above

Facing-pages landscape - rather small for the Large size
