Hello,

in Affinity Photo when I resize image to e.g. 640x480px which is smaller than the screen view, the View always "zooms" the image to the full screen view instead of staying on, say, 100%. So I have to manually change the View to 100%. I couldn't find any settings for this so I assume it might be a bug or a weird feature at least. The expected behaviour would be to see a smaller image after resizing, not zoomed (and pixelated).

Thank you,

Martin

Hi @Martin Dvořák and welcome!

There is a setting:

But on my machine at least (macOS Ventura, Affinity Photo 2.0) it doesn't appear to have any effect whatsoever when opening images smaller than screen size. Even when it's selected, they are enlarged 😞

Affinity Photo 2.6.3,  Affinity Designer 2.6.3 Affinity Publisher 2.6.3, Mac OSX 15.5, 2018 MacBook Pro 15" Intel.
