Installing Affinity v2 Apps from App Store?

I have bought the licence to enable installation on all 3 devices PC/MAC and iPad. I have installed all on my PC and on My Mac, but I am having problems with my iPad installation from the App Store. I installed Affinity Photo and activated it with out problem, but when trying to install Designer and Publisher I am asked to "Touch ID to Install".  I have no idea how to do this because I have never been asked to do this before?

Any advice or help to accomplish this and get the other two Apps installed would be welcome ?
