Publisher 2.0 Text wraps offset when importing legacy/V1.0 file

Like it says in the title, imported a a file from Publisher 1.10(?, most recent update) to continue some design work.

More than half the inline & floated graphics have their text wrap outlines offset or scattered around the page, destroying a lot of the layout, and creating some tedious work.

In addition, saving after making the necessary changes to the text wrap sometimes doesn't actually save the change to the object. It's a bit of a mess.

Most of the linked graphics are legacy/v1 Designer files. Raster images seem unaffected.
