Create a Slice/Artboard automatically with object dimension

Working with Web design i often need to eport several different png graphics ... i would like to know if there is a way to click/select an object to create atutomatically artboards or slices in the precise dimenson of the object/group, so when i export a PNG file the image does not leaves a gap or borders.

Is there a way to do this?
