GarryP Posted May 25, 2021 Share Posted May 25, 2021 A Black & White Adjustment with a Levels Adjustment and a Noise Reduction Live Filter gave me this quick result. Not perfect by any means but the best technique will probably depend on your exact requirements - especially what you are willing to lose from the original. I didn’t save it so I’ve made a new one, attached, so you can see the settings I’ve used (there’s an unused Brightness/Contrast layer in there too for comparison). You may need to play around with some settings to make it look better. Unfortunately some of the detail is lost so hopefully someone else can come up with something much better.
