How to symmetrically fill a curve

Hei, I'm just new to affinity and graphic software in general and I wanted to knew how to fill fast,symmetrically and equivalently a shape or closed curved. Also do any go you know if there is any way or tutorial on how to produce symmetrical patrons of shapes and lines.      Thank you very much! also sorry that English is not my mother tongue and I don't know if explained that quite well.
