I just installed Affinity Designer onto a new M1 MacBook Pro, but all tool and menu options are greyed out. I can't start a new document, I can't quit the program. Can anyone offer some advice? Thanks.

Hi and welcome!

Hmm sounds strange, you can always kill a hanging process with the Activity Monitor, or a right click on it's docked icon and exit/close etc. - Do you used a test version or a bought release version of Designer? In case of the later, than you can try instead the actual Beta version, which might have already fixed certain aspects and/or possible issues here.

☛ Affinity V2.3 apps ◆ MacOS Sonoma 14.2 ◆ iPad OS 17.2
