New Update 1.9.1.979

After updating Affinity Photo to 1.9.1.979  App is unstable and crashes often. I am using Acer Swift 3 with 8gb Ram. 
Hope someone can help with this.

Is the OpenCL hardware acceleration enabled under the apps performance preferences settings? If yes then disable that setting and retry. - You can look if Affinity generated some crash reports (dump files) before exciting and crashing ...

... which might tell the cause for that behavior then. You can also download and try out if the latest ...

... which might have fixed some issues and then hopefully behaves differently here.
