Nightscape blending: static ground with star tracked sky

Would James or anyone be able to kindly upload a demo on 

1) Multiple long static tracked exposures of a starry night from a sky tracker.
2) AND blending that in with a static foreground.

I found something like it for photo shop but not Affinity. I think for all the Nightscape, trackers, Milky Way folks it would be another hot topic.
