EinfachNurOle Posted March 8, 2021 Share Posted March 8, 2021 Hi, I bought Affinity Publisher a few months ago, but unfortunately I can't install any fonts or edit/create documents without it crashing. Ev erything goes without problems with Affinity Designer and Photo. I've already reinstalled it. But now Idon't know what to do next. I am sorry to hear you have been experiencing crashing when using Publisher and sorry for the delay in replying. Would you be able to find the crash reports associated with these crashes please? You need to do the following: Open Windows Run (Windows key + R) Copy + paste the following and press OK: %APPDATA%\Affinity\Publisher\1.0\CrashReports\reports Please select the most recent 2 .dmp files from the window that opens and attach them here. I also wrote Affinity on Facebook there they said I should do it temporarily with the beta until an update comes.
