v_kyr Posted March 1, 2021 Share Posted March 1, 2021 "Shuting down" in the sense of crashing or not starting at all? - However, it can be related of a problem with the installed and used graphics card driver (it's version here) and due to possibly default enabled OpenCL hardware accelerator settings. If nothing helps at all, check and if enabled try to disable the OpenCL hardware acceleration settings. If you can reach inside a started Affinity app it's preferences panel (the apps preferences settings), you can change the hardware acceleration setting from there inside of an app. - If the apps close or crash before being able to access and alter the preferences setting the previous mentioned way, you can do so from outside manually, or with this tool without starting the apps at all.
