If I click “highlights” using the Dodge tool, it would be COOL to have a histogram to select or “dial-in” the specific brightness range to dodge. Highlights, Midtones and Shadows is just TOO coarse. Sometimes I want just specific range of highlights to knock down or brighten without affecting nearby areas...
