joejoe2010 Posted August 30, 2020 Share Posted August 30, 2020 Hi, I have a document opened in Publisher. It has 84 pages of 216x154mm. If I go to Document Setting and change in "Start on" from "left" to "right" and then click on okay the app closes/crashes. How can I fix this? I also tried on a second computer with more RAM 8GB instead of 4GB and I have the same issue. On the second computer the original images are not available but only small thumbnails. On both computers I use version 1.8.5.703 on Windows 10. Are there any log files that I can provide? Best regards Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
CarlM Posted August 31, 2020 Share Posted August 31, 2020 Your first problem may be an issue with the file itself and the techs might be able to resolve that. Your second issue sounds as though you have linked rather than embedded images. Unless you place the images on the 2nd computer in a similar folder path then Publisher won't locate them.
