tpolakov
It would be nice if the Focus or HDR merge could work on the images which are already open in Affinity, not having to find the images in the file system through an open dialog. This would be useful if another program is used as a DAM and/or RAW developer (in my case Capture One). The initial RAW development is done in Capture One, then I can send multiple images to Affinity. At this point I would like to invoke focus or HDR merge on these images (which are already open in Affinity.
JMFM
I agree that a feature like that described would be nice, but I would actually like something more. Some Affinity Photo competitors allow easy RAW image duplication and subsequent manipulation of the duplicate (e.g., adjust the exposure 1 stop up) and then allow an HDR image to be generated from the original RAW and the (now exposure adjusted) duplicate RAW. In effect it allows using a single original RAW image to generate virtually a set of bracketed RAW images to which one can then apply HDR merge to those post-created bracketed images.
