Tabel Editing Older Tables

I have created some tables - not complexed - but tables and a few days after having watched the video on Tables want to makes some changes to them like how can I get to edit the old tables - thanks

Welcome to the forums.
As long as your tables are still tables, and have not been rasterised, then you should just be able to edit them in the same way as you created them.
Usually a double-click in a table cell is enough to let you edit the contents of the cell.
If that is not working, can you describe the process you are using to try and edit them? A full-screen screen grab showing your Layers Panel with the table selected would also be useful.
