Affinity Designer Cutout Text Effect

i´m new here because i need some Help.

I want to cut out a Transparent Text in a Photo.

It should look like this in Adobe Photoshop :

 

Could anyone explain me how could i do this in Affinity Designer?

 

I want to use the Design on a Tshirt, so i hope here is someone who could help me
