text line spacing problems

hi 

i have huge problem with text line spacing 

if i am starting writing text in text frame tool, but if i don't different space between paragraph and normal line, spaces start act wierd and spaces between lines is different even they have same setting.

Welcome to the forums.

The line spacing in your first paragraph seems to be consistent (blue lines in my first image), as does the line spacing in your second paragraph (green lines), however they are not the same as each other. My first guess is that you have a different Paragraph Leading set on each paragraph (see second image).
If that’s not the answer, would you be able to attach a sample AFPUB file so we can check?
