Newbie question - Changing the scale (size) of my drawing.

Recommended Posts

I started a drawing and got far enough along that I would rather not have to start over.  The problem is that I just realized that the size of the drawing is way too small.  I try holding the shift key and dragging the drawing by a corner but none of the line widths keep their proportion, they become skinny and almost disappear.  What is the proper, or the best approach to doing this?

Thanks!

Welcome to the forums.
A general answer would be to select a layer and go to the Stroke Panel, then tick the “Scale with object” option to have the line scale appropriately with resize.
However, you might not be able to do this en masse (after selecting all/many layers), depending on how your drawing is composed.
It’s worth trying first to see if it works though. If it seems to work, be careful to check all of your lines before moving on, just in case something has gone wrong.
