  1. Is there a possibility of allowing masking (Mask to below) to have a shortcut on pixel via vector. That is Masking an image using a vector object?
  2. Open the application, and the attached test file: Affinity Publisher - mask to below + release bug.afpub In the Layers panel (View > Studio > Layers), - right-click on the top item, labelled “(Ellipse)”, - and then left-click on Mask to Below. This produces a combined layer-item labelled “Photo (Image)”, comprising the photo and its elliptical mask. Click the little triangle at the left of the combined item, to expand it. The item labelled “(Ellipse)” should now show as the only item selected. Right-click on the label, “(Ellipse)”, and then left-click on Release. For me, Affinity Publisher then crashes and terminates, every time these steps are repeated. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ System details: Affinity Publisher 1.7.3.481 Windows 10 Home (© 2018 Microsoft Corporation. Intel(R) Core(TM) Ì7-7500U CPU @ 2.70GHz 2.90 GHz Installed memory (RAM): 8.00 GB (7.89 GB usable) System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor Graphics: GeForce GTX 950M DirectX runtime version: 12.0
  3. So Designer kept crashing every time I tried to use the mask to below option. I found a workaround. It worked for a minute but now it crashes just trying to open the file. I'm using Designer version 1.6.5 Tested it on my other computer and had the same issue. I've got a brand new Dell G5 gaming laptop. I've attached the file as well as the files that are used in it. 4. Hi, it seems to me that the feature "Mask to Below" does not work properly. When I have a layer (B&W) prepared to become a Mask and I do click "Mask to Below" it inserts some corrupted Pixel layer to the layer below :( Thanks Jindra
  5. Hi, In the right-click context menu on layers there is a Mask to Below which doesn't seem to be accessible from the main menu. Since the right-click menu is disabled while recording Macros, it means that this function can not be recorded in Macros, however It would be really useful. Please add a way to run this command during Macro recording and have it recorded. As a separate request please make it possible to assign a hotkey to the "Mask to Below" function.
