For some reason, the preview icon for Affinity Photo is not correct. I move the application to the Mac OS X dock and the image is replaced with a generic finder app icon. I have attached two screen capture images to show what I mean. I even deleted the plist file and also did a fresh re-instrall from the mac app store. I do not know what to do to fix this problem.
Hi, I'm using the latest version of Affinity Designer from the Mac App Store (1.4.3) on a brand new iMac 27" with a retina display using OSX Sierra, and I'm having trouble with the bounding boxes around selected objects. Sometimes they show, sometimes they flicker on/off, and sometimes they're invisible. I'm not changing any settings such as accidentally turning them on or off, so I wondered if this was a bug with Sierra/Retina display? Anyone else having this issue? It's making it quite difficult to use the app. Cheers Michael
Here's my problem. I've been editing a lot of photos in Designer, basically just adjusting the levels and highlighting. However, recently a lot of my files have been turning up corrupted once I try to reopen them. The adjustment layers remain intact, but the image layer is scrambled. Just a bunch of lines. I have the most up-to-date version of Designer (1.4.2) and I'm running Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10.5. Any thoughts on what might be causing the problem, or how I can fix it? Thanks all.
