I have searched and searched but can’t see a solution if one exists. There is indeed a grid overlay in the Photo persona when working with tiff or jpeg in the Documents menu. Excellent but nothing of the sort is visible in the Raw persona. This is crucial when correcting perspectives. So I’m wondering if it’s available in Raw. While on the raw subject I shoot DNG and wonder what image file I’m working after I hit the raw develop button and the image is sent to the Photo persona. Somewhere it was said jpeg. Is it to my advantage to save a 16 bit tiff after processing an iPhone dng?
Hi, I am working on Affinity to open my RAW images. I normally have a process to edit my pictures, but I tried to make a preset on the "Basic" area in the studio before developing the image and it just is not working. I tried searching for this bug everywhere but I cannot seem to find anything relevant. I found this YouTube video that explains how to do it, however, I am not getting the option to add a preset. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=epN9oIGhL6k (This is the YouTube link). If this is a glitch I would like to know or I just might not know how to add a preset. In any case, please let me know what I can do to solve this issue. Thanks!
I would like to be able to save an image directly from the develop/RAW persona without having to do a roundtrip through the photo persona. This would be especially great if the edits could be saved non-destructively. Some pictures don't need editing with the photo persona, this would definitely speed up my workflow for certain images.
