  1. Are you using the latest release version? Yes, 2.0.0 Can you reproduce it? Yes, with every picture. Does it happen for a new document? If not can you upload a document that shows the problem? Yes, for a new document. If you cannot provide a sample document then please give an accurate description of the problem for example it should include most of the following: What is your operating system and version (Windows 11, OSX Ventura, iOS 16 etc)? macos Ventura 13.0.1 Is hardware acceleration (in Preferences > Performance) ON or OFF ? (and have you tried the other setting?) ON What happened for you (and what you expected to happen) an unusable color pattern is created Provide a recipe for creating the problem (step-by-step what you did). Separate frequencies, Gaussian with 15 px Screenshots (very handy) or a screen capture/video. can't upload Any unusual hardware (like tablets or external monitors or drives that may affect things) or relevant other applications like font managers or display managers. Did this same thing used to work and if so have you changed anything recently? (software or hardware)
  2. Using the latest AP Version 1.10.3.1191. Problem is related to CL HW acceleration turned on - this does not happen without. Depending on the zoom level at a certain radius for the gaussian blur the layer turns completely white. The lower the zoom the higher I can set the radius before the pixel layer gets white. Problem occurs with HP Spectre 360, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7500U CPU @ 2.70GHz with Intel(R) HD Graphics 620 and 16GB memory. Cheers, Timo
  3. I have been trying to add gaussian blur to several of my images but they all have the same problem where if I go beyond 9px everything turns to white. I have added screenshots of both state along with my performance settings.
  4. What is your operating system and version (Windows 10, OSX Mojave, iOS 12 etc)? Win 10 What happened for you (and what you expected to happen) Unsharp mask either not applied in preview or after "apply", or sometimes preview shows it applied to only a region of image (see attached) Provide a recipe for creating the problem (step-by-step what you did). Open .tif file, filters--> sharpen--> unsharp mask... Screenshots (very handy) or a screen capture/video. Attached Any unusual hardware (like tablets or external monitors or drives that may affect things) or relevant other applications like font managers or display managers. Dual monitor setup, but hardly unusual Did this same thing used to work and if so have you changed anything recently? (software or hardware) Used to work... I don't know what changed exactly since it stopped working correctly. I have do have two video cards (UHD 630 and RTX 3080) and have tried both as renderers - the issue happens with both
  5. The problem previously reported with artefacts appearing in the above filters is still occurring in the 1.10.1127 stable release. As I said before this appears to be related to our old friend, hardware acceleration. Disable this in performance preferences & the problem goes away. The problem did not occur in the final 1.9 release even with hardware acceleration enabled. I don't think this has been logged as an issue in the beta forum.
