  1. Ah that's such a shame! Hope you manage to resolve it soon! It's pretty crucial until you can convert EVERYONE to Affinity Loving it so far apart from this issue!
  2. Hi, Just wondered if this fix is likely to be implemented soon? I know there's a beta version on the go at the moment but is editable text a feature in it? Thanks
  3. AMAZING! Thank you so much! That was driving me crackers!
  4. Haha! Oh god, that's so obvious now you've said! How embarrassing! Thank you!
  5. I can't seem to find that... is it in notification settings and I'm just not seeing it? I don't think there's much hope for me if I can't even operate the help forum properly!
  6. Thanks! I'm sure I'll need to know that at some point in future! Such a lot to learn!
  7. Sorry for the delay in my reply! I didn't think anyone had responded! Ah great! Thanks Pšenda I'll give that a go! Frustrating that it's only a temporary fix though! Hopefully they'll alter it at some stage!
  8. Just wondered if this update had been implemented yet, and if not when is it likely to be? I'm a newbie to Affinity having used Adobe for about 12 years... As a graphic designer/illustrator setting the bleed is one of the first things I need to do when opening a new document for print and the workarounds to see what is actually on the bleed area seem quite complicated for a beginner!
  9. Hi guys, this is my first time posting! I have only been trying to use affinity Photo for a couple of days having been an Adobe user for about 11 years I think! So... please forgive me if this is a silly question, or if this has been covered multiple times before! I'm a complete newbie to this! Basically, what I'm trying to do is the equivalent of 'reset bounding box' on illustrator BUT on Affinity Photo (not designer). In the attached screenshot, you'll see I've rotated my object to make it level (ish) with the horizontal guide I've put in place.... what I'd like to do is have the bounding box straightened too as it's driving me a little crackers visually when I select it! I understand the reason for this is that it remains editable and that presumably somewhere it tells you how many degrees it's been rotated by but... I'm finding it quite annoying to look at! Is there an easy way around this?
