@R C-R I think your missing one really important aspect. Serif could just as easily be the manager of the product keys - which would 'fix' this entire issue. Instead of having to deal with Apple, the iTunes Store terms of service, etc ... you would just deal with Serif. You would inactivate the installation on Mac, install the software on Windows - and activate it with your key.

after searching the support forums i found my answer. Sad to see you cant do this - this is primarily a decision Serif has made and how licensing is structured with their products that Could be fixed.

How does the licensing of the product work? I want to purchase now for windows but I have every intention to purchase a new mac in the near future. Can one deactivate one install, and reactivate on another platform themselves? Does this require the assistance of technical support? Is this act of swapping between platforms limited to a number of times?

I can’t narrow down what this issue is - maybe a bug report already exists I continually have issues with the spacing between lines. Especially if you copy text from one text box and paste it into another and then try to match the character/paragraph settings. They never seem to match up right.

Two simple questions 1) When the beta testing for Serif ends - will the beta program be discontinued and no longer function? I'm assuming yes. 2) Will beta testers be offered some form of discount to purchase the official release for providing feedback and running the beta software?

thank you since invision doesn't offer users the ability to delete their own accounts - its up to the sites staff/mods/forums admin to process such requests at their own discretion. Do you permit users to delete their accounts here on the support forums?
