Same problem - the most recent update in fact has resulted in the loss of all wrap setting in my documents. Placing, say, a triangle within text, the top and bottom text distance controls effect only the bottom whereas the right and left controls effect only the right side text. This is most noticeable when using the 'tight wrap' option.

Latest update (238) seems to cause problems with the 'distance from wrap' controls under Text Wrap.
