I ended up creating a new document, and started to force pixel alignment from the start. It seemed to work, so now the slices are correct. Thanks for the advice!

Thanks for the quick response. I have aligned all my artboards to be pixel perfect now, but the problem is still there. I might as well just start over in a completely new document at this point. I attached my template file just in case someone wants to give it a try and see if they get the same problem. artboards.aftemplate

I started creating several artboards, ready to be exported with the desired width, height and name. In the Export Persona however all the artboards got different slice witdh and or height. Usually one pixel more than the artboard. What am I doing wrong?
