Just getting really into Affinity photos and it is great. I am looking for a tutorial on how to achieve the poster edges filter that I was using in elements 15. I have tried to duplicate this filter but have not been very successful . Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am a very new to Affinity and have been using about 10% of the capabilities Affinity has to offer. Love the program. Attached is the result I am trying to achieve. thank you in advance for your help. S

When selection the free hand tool my tool appears as the view tool. I am unable to use the free hand. Any suggestions
