MacOS Mojave and Graphics performance

I have exactly the same problem. I just deleted the app and redownload it again from the app store. It is still the same. Is there any fix I could try?

Super Super Super slow

I just overlay two small images (4KB and 4MB) and trying to drag the smaller one. I have deleted the app and reinstall from the APP store again. Any help would be appreciated! Please see the attached for my system setup. I have also tried different Display settings and those didn't help either.
