Thank you, Walt. I am seeing many other options in my account: I'm thinking maybe I haven't installed it in My Account, but it wasn't even available on the browser interface. Maybe it doesn't show there?

I am trying to find the free cookbook template by Occy that is available after 1.9. I have registered, accessed my account and can see all the assets that have always been available, but do not see any templates. Where can I grab it? Thanks in advance.
