Photos Not Loading as Raw

Hi Team, New here, i am also having the same issue with my Canon 5D4 Raw files. When I transfer them to my iPad using my camera’s WiFi, they’re saved as jpegs even I checked to make sure they’re saved as originals and the correct settings are checked for the photos app. When I import same raw files from Dropbox, they load as raws. I am also having similar issues with iPhone 7 Plus as well. I think it might be a glitch in iOS11?
