I also think someone needs to point out to the accounts department that unless the item has been shipped then the order is not completed as shown in my order history

I have just been to the Amazon website. The book will not be in stock until the 17th December according to them

They havent bothered to reply to the email from 3 days ago. Also can you advise if the book is even available at the moment?

Please advise when my order is going to be shipped. It appears to me from other posts on here that the book isnt even available right now. I am not used to paying for something and then having to wait for who knows how long for the product. And by the way i dont want to be told that it was only ordered 6 days ago. My order status shows as. Order completed. To me that means exactly that, so my reasoning says it should be on its way.?? I would like an answer to my original question. When is my order going to be shipped??

I ordered the Affinity Workbook 6 days ago. Under my account the order status reads completed. I have not received any notification if this has been shipped. I have emailed orders but no response. I am in New Zealand and had hoped to receive the book by Christmas. How do i got an update as to see when the book will be despatched? thanks if someone can help
