When making a sticker for print & cut, the sticker needs a bleed area around it.
The cut contour (cutting line for the printer) will follow the outer (and inside) area of the sticker graphic.
In printing, the bleed is part of the image that goes beyond the cut line so that if the cut is out of register, you will not end up with edges of white paper showing where the knife and the cut mark did not line up. In this case, I need a 2mm bleed outside all print areas.
In this video it shows how i'ts done in a RIP program
I have close to 50 different stickers, that need bleed and cut lines so finding the right method is important for me.
The included psd file needs bleed and cutlines on the outside and inside of the sticker, can something similar be done with Affinity?
to get the same result?
If yes can you please tell me how?
