Now it's working. I loaded a JPG file and after that it would now load NEF files as well.

Well, I am at a loss here.

The folder is empty

I completely reloaded Windows10. I used to EXE to reload Affinity. I turned off the hardware acceleration. It is still crashing when trying to open NEF file.

I uninstalled it and went to the Serif site, redownloaded it and reinstalled. Same issue.

It can't find he directories. So no crash report. It mat be time to uninstall and download from the affinity site again.

No error message, the program just exits and I am ack at the desktop.

Copied one to the desktop and it still crashes.

I tried it again and it crashed. There should be a crash report with my email address attached to it

It has worked in the past, on this PC. I did disable the hardware acceleration and it still crashes.

When I try to open a NEF file (from a Nikon D4) the screen says file loading' and then the program ends and I am back at the desktop. I am running a Dell laptop with Windows 10. Previously I edited photos from the same camera an everything worked. Now it doesn't. I tried uninstalling the program and installed version 2.3 and experienced the same issue.
