Hi I'm Brian,retired getting back into photography, used PSP in the past thought, I would try Affinity photo. Had a little play following the tutorials, got some good results.

Hi MEB Thank you for your help, issue with picture size solved thank you. As for the extras, yes I have followed the instructions, unzipped them, this is what I don't understand why it comes back telling me its not an Affinity Document.

I bought Affinity photo for Windows this included the three freebie add ons. I am running Windows 7. Well, first of all I have watched the beginners tutorials and tried to follow them to do some basic editing. When I open an image I get a small picture in the top left corner, until I zoom in to a minimum of 104% I cannot alter my picture. What am I doing wrong in the set up of the program. Also the 3 free packs wont load in, I get the message that they are not Affinity files.
