  1. I had copied a Publisher 2 document to 3 different locations yesterday. Today Publisher 2, out of the blue, moved text way down its frames. This has happened only partially to the second (=last) page of my document. The first page remains intact. I cannot track down the reason for this. Have copied styles from correct text frames, reset Publisher, removed and reinstalled Publisher. All in vain. However, when duplicating the second page to nr. 3 the page 3 is correct. Page 2 remains corrupted. Deleting page 2 seems to restore to the original and intended document. Saving it and reopening, nevertheless, shows identical corruption as before. Publisher on my iPad shows the same problem. Publisher on a different Apple Studio shows also the same problem. JB 23-24 test.afpub
  2. If encounter a similar problem when merging from an Excel-file. I'm using a time like '20:15' which is imported in the Publisher document as '20:34'. It adds 19 minutes to the input. When I reduce all times in my Excel file with 19 minutes then the data merge result is exactly what the result ought to be. It puzzles me though where this deviation comes from and how it can be corrected. Dates are correctly imported. Working with MacOS.
  3. I have been using your V1 of Photo, Designer and Publisher. I have moved now to your Universal License, all great. However, Publisher I started when it was in Beta. Since that time I have in my iCloud three maps for Affinity: Photo, Designer and Publisher Beta. This looks awful. I cannot change it. It still remains there even after removing and reinstalling Affinity apps. How can it be modified?
  4. Out of the blue: 'The file appears to be corrupted'. How can this be restored? The file was located on my NAS, Publisher version is 1.10.1, MacBook Pro with MacOs Big Sur 11.6 . Noticed that this problems occurs more often and that the engineers of Affinity might be able to give a hand. Looking forward to it and instructions how to proceed.
  5. Hi Jon, Found the cause of the problem. Created a new Masterpage and moved all layers to new pages. Removed old Masterpages and old pages. Now the situation as it should have been. Thanks again! Regards, Antoon
  6. Hi Jon, Thanks! You saved my day. However does this mean that one has to edit in the 'Master page' and not in the derived page itself? I could not find the command 'Edit Detached' in stead I selected all layers in the Masterpage and gave an 'Unlock All' command. That seems to work. Thanks again. Like the software very much. Regards, Antoon
  7. Hi Jon, Apologies for the delay. I'm located in Europe. Opening a new documents shows the layers and handles to reshape, etc. Everything is working fine. Checking with another Apple computer show the problem as reported in this specific document. It looks as if all layers are 'locked', I can add new layers to this document but cannot select and manipulate the present ones. 'Lock' and 'Unlock All' do not seem to help. This is the case for both pages. I have attached some screenshots from the area's where layers are to be selected. Also selecting a 'layer' in the document show a 'selection lining' of the layer but without the handles to manipulate the layers. I hope this clarifies the issue a bit more. Thanks for your help! 8. Hi Jon, I just uploaded the document. Looking forward to your reply Regards, Antoon
  9. I made a document in Affinity Publisher (latest beta) and saved it. I also exported it into a pdf document. Today after opening the document the layers are visible, I can click on the and they flash shortly. I can no longer select any layer anymore in my document. What did I do wrong and can the layer functioning be restored in this document? Looking forward to any feedback. Thanks in advance. Regards, Antoon
