    Thanks Walt. Have sorted problem myself. Problem was a self imposed brain fade.

    Changed brush and got this. Cannot get rid of any texture.

    I was painting texture on a flower having selected brushes. Now I can't get brush to go back to having no texture. All i get is the texture I selected.

    Affinity working well up to today. Suddenly the selected photo to open does not appear on the main screen. Can you help please.
