Just downloaded and wondering what next..How to import or download or ?? to begin some learning this interesting program...Any help is my appreciado!!

Hello..I'm Pete from Dallas and I just downloaded the Beta version to have a look...I wish there was a "right from the very beginning" tutorial so I could see exactly what to do to get started..I'm sure somebody will shed some light on this topic as I am not even certain as to how to import a photo into the program...Thx in advance for the help!!
