I would like to know best settings in exporting my photos to FB. My photos seems sharp in Affinity photo for Ipad but in FB photos are unsharp. Thanks in advance!

If I make a layer, I cant see it on the right side and also that little picture on the right corner down has disappeared? -
Why my Affinity photo on my windows laptop looks like that. Nothing can do with with that.
