OK it appears as though I have downloaded Affinity Designer but I clicked on the button on the website for Affinity photo. That seems to be the problem. So can I exchange this in any way? I was really wanting Affinity photo. It looks as though the website is confusing.

I just downloaded Affinity and cannot find the inpainting feature. Can anyone help me? -
I have tried all of this and cannot find this tool at all. I also cannot find the healing brush tool. HELP please...
