Here's a link to a post covering common issues when activating the apps.

As Walt hinted at, the issue may be linked to a mix of MSIX and MSI files on your machine. In which case, you could try deleting all files related to the apps and then reinstalling with just one file type.

    Thanks for responding SFurniss.

I have uninstalling Photo2. Downloaded msix installer and then reinstalled Photo 2 only to find I still unable get passed the license activation box.

I will have to leave it for now for a few days until I can get help

  2. Hi.
Please could someone enlighten me with my recent problem.

I have affinity photo2 purchased and downloaded from Affinity many months ago. Its been installed on both on my laptop and desktop.

For some unknown reason the license activation box keeps appearing just on my desktop, which I am unable to clear down. Email address and password are both correct.

I have even tried another download without success, however it loads and can be used on my laptop.

Thanks in advance for any help offered

  3. Hi.

My Desktop failed to carry out the latest updates c/drive even after uninstalling it as its just about full.

I tried reinstalling on f/drive after setting up the new location. however I keep getting a message "There is not enough space on the disk".

My f/drive is virtually empty so I wasn't expecting any problems.

Along with Publisher I also have  Photo and Designer which will require updating.

I would be grateful for any help.

    Thanks in advance
