Tried to load all my brushes (a lot bought at frankentoon) together with my paper textures(free affinity download),and now heavy lag because of it. Will have to remove a lot of them. Feels slightly odd though,certainly on an m1,but again too much mb used I guess. might have anything to do with 300ppi vs 100ppi documents though?

The macbookPro can handle it,but I prefer to work on my iPad.

It’s much handier to have them there,a lot less scrolling,and when importing from another source,I’m not always getting a preview. but,I might not have another option probably

I import eps,svg or ai,then add them to the asset library. not sure what you mean?

No,that is not an option,since the final product needs to be a vector.

BTW,the full library of 1gb+ runs fine on my older macbookpro with AD1

I realise I could use transparent PNGs,but this is not an option. Each letter-font in the asset-library is about 5-10mb.

Just did,indeed it does not crash anymore. i worked a long time in AD1 with about 600-700mb assetlibrary without crashing. adding more made it crash. So I bought the M1pro and AD2,thinking it would fix that,but not so apparently.

I have a vey large asset library 1gb+ But I think I still had the problem on a clean install as well.

Well,I’ll have to take that back,I switched to my other ipadpro,and it also crashes constantly. I might temporarily switch back to version 1 .

You are right,had not noticed. I hope the crash-report brings some answers.

Also I have 2 ipadPro,it is only the M1 that crashes on that file.

Just tried to open the same sample file on the 2.2 beta,and it is worse. No need to zoom even,open it and immediate crash. I tried to reset use defaults and clear ram,nothing works.

Easy to replicate I open “plushies summoner” from the sample files,zoom in and out and it crashes. Sadly this renders AD totally unusable for me.A few months ago everything ran flawless,so no idea what has caused this. Help please IpadPro 12.9 iOS16.6 M1
