i figured out the problem on windows you must update to internet explorer 11. funny cause i use Firefox, but i was able yo download free content after hope this helps someone

i have tried many times to get free content and still no luck im on windows my firewall isn't blocking affinity photo or designer i tried changing the language and restarting still no go please help
