  1. Hi @stokerg Thank you for explaining! It is a bit confusing, that Photo supports features for exporting in a PSD, which Photoshop doesn't support. What may be helpful is a warning in the Export Dialog, when this Situation occurs (32-bit with unsupported blend mode), explaining that Photoshop might not support the blend modes used in the document. The error message from Photoshop is kind of not helpful and it was a pain to figure out this issue. Other users will probably encounter the same problem. cheers
  2. Prerequisite: OCIO configuration File loaded in Photo. Steps to reproduce: Start Photo 2.1.1 Load files noise1.exr and noise1.png (attached) go to noise1.exr in "Window" -> "32-bit Preview": choose OCIO Display Transform switch to noise1.png then to noise1.exr -> the exr file is brighter than before Attached a screenrecording regarding this issue. cheers EXR_too_bright.mp4 noise1.exr
  3. An exported PSD from an RGB/32 with a "Soft Light" Layer can't be opened by Photoshop. Following error appears: Example file: soft light heart.afphoto
  4. When exporting (large) images the Export process takes time to get the data together for to save it. In this process the target file is not being locked, so another process would be able to create or rename a file to that target files name. As a result, Affinity Photo just overwrites the target file, although the export dialog doesn't show a warning of overwriting (because at that time, the file is not there). In case the other process is locking the file, when Affinity Photo wants to save to it, an error appears, that Permission was denied - so the Export process fails. File locking should prevent this.
